LinkedIn: Leading Through Change with Clarity

The Opportunity: LinkedIn's 11-person leadership team was navigating unprecedented organizational change. While individually strong, they needed to reconnect with their collective resilience and develop tools to pause, reflect, and respond with clarity during uncertainty.

vYve's Approach: A 90-day reset starting with an in-person Resilience Journey Timeline where each leader shared past challenges and hard-earned wisdom. Teams discovered their proven track record of overcoming obstacles together. Two virtual REFRAME sessions followed, teaching practical tools like the "60-Second Reset" for calming the nervous system and the "Opportunity Scan" framework for turning friction into strategic advantage. Leaders practiced real-time reframing techniques on current challenges.

The Results: Teams now use "pause and reframe" protocols during high-stakes decisions. The 60-Second Reset became standard practice before difficult conversations. Most significantly, the leadership team requested ongoing monthly sessions and recommended the program to three other business units—proof that when leaders feel grounded, entire organizations benefit.
